Agile Transformation Coach

We are now looking to extend the team with an Agile Transformation Coach that can help us continue what we started.

Skills and Tasks

3+ experience as an Agile Coach;
Advanced Agile and Lean Practices: Guide teams in advanced Agile practices, including User Story writing, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), task sequencing, and incremental software delivery;
Agile, Lean and Automation Expertise: Integrated Approach: Seamlessly integrate Agile methodologies with automation strategies to optimize the software development lifecycle;
Tools Mastery: Stay abreast of the latest automation tools and frameworks. Provide recommendations based on the team’s needs and project requirements. (Teams / Azure DevOps / Azure Repos);
Continuous Improvement: Lead regular retrospectives, assisting the team in pinpointing and enacting improvements in their processes, practices, and automation strategies;
Automation Strategy Development: Collaborate with technical leads and architects to design and implement an effective automation strategy, encompassing unit testing, integration testing, UI testing, and CI/CD;
Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders, ensuring our Agile and Automation practices align with overarching business objectives;
Communication: Serve as an Agile and automation ambassador, elucidating the benefits, challenges, and value of these practices to internal teams at all organizational levels;
Education & Training: Conduct immersive workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching for both on-site and remote teams, elevating the Agile and automation maturity across the organization.

Train and mentor both on-site and remote teams in the principles and practices of Mob Programming, ensuring we leverage the collective intelligence of our team members for optimal software production;
