Business Analyst

We are now looking to extend the team with a Business Analyst that can help us continue what we started.

Skills we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of progressive BA experience with analytics and data software solutions (banking experience is mandatory);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with high proficiency in Microsoft Visio and proficiency in SQL;
  • Previous experience as Scrum Master is a plus;
  • Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes;
  • Broad understanding of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Proven project management skills and business requirements gathering experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication as well as conflict management skills. Strong ability to navigate complex customer issues;
  • Proven capability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to the successful execution of plans.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Availability for USA travels;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for running the full product development lifecycle for initiatives that he/she owns from planning through development, testing, and launch;
  • Gather business requirements from key stakeholders (customers, account management, implementations) and translate them to functional specifications and user stories;
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for development, software maintenance, and tech debt related initiatives;
  • Manage work between remote engineering teams, internal IT, and business to ensure requirements are being met;
  • Research, perform analysis, and work with stakeholders to define and develop business logic for KPIs and analytics;
  • Problem solve and lead the resolution of customer escalations and software bugs;
  • Create technical and functional user documentation;
