Community & Marketing Specialist

Skills we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role for 3+ years

  • You are both highly creative and meticulously analytical – you know which content works on each channel and audience

  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, both in English and Romanian language

  • Social media knowledge, using the above-mentioned platforms

  • Excellent decision-making skills

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Knowledge of project management principles, planning, execution, and implementation

  • Time management – set tasks and deadlines for maximum efficiency

What you will be doing:

  • Design and implement a solid and creative strategy for growing the internal community.

  • Create marketing campaigns to grow user & employee engagement.

  • Maintain good communication with all community members, answering all their questions.

  • Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support the groups’ organizational goals and culture.

  • Share community success stories, achievements, and news, through all communication platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

  • Help organize online and offline events, meet-ups and team gatherings.

  • Launch community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, CSR events, developing an event series, writing an email newsletter).

  • Review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms. Nice to have: copywriting skills.

  • Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy.
