We have added 90+ people in the meantime and we have grown our services to include 4 key areas: Web and Mobile Development, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence. We are now looking to extend the team with an IT People Manager that can help us continue what we started.
Skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role involving managing people, preferably in the IT Industry (3+ years);
- Logical and analytical thinking and project management skills;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Fluent English (verbal and written).

What you will be doing:
- Manage the professional development of team members;
- Have recurrent meetings with customer representatives/stakeholder to gather feedback;
- Leverage best practices from the organisation by engaging with the management & HR teams.
- Contribute to the recruitment process, establish goals with team members based on their personal development plans and organise one-to-one meetings;
- Manage performance and conduct annual reviews together with peers and management;
- Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects.
- Proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the teams and working together with the stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions;
- Resolve challenges in a collaborative way, ensuring team satisfaction;
- Offer mentorship and provide guidance for the tech lead/team lead;
- Develop employees’ career & training plan to be future leaders within the company;
- Provide support to your management to determine future IT needs at the location, enterprise initiatives, budgets, forecasts, licensing, and asset rotation to ensure profitability and alignment with the company’s goals and objectives;
- Contribute to the development of department strategy towards business development by creating strong reliable relationships with partners.
