Your skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
+5 years of experience in software development;
Strong experience with Python;
Familiarity with Java or Node.js, is a plus;
Experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Express;
Experience with frontend development frameworks such as React or Vue.js, is a plus;
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Git and JIRA;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems that support our applications;
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements and provide technical guidance and support;
Develop and implement best practices and standards for software development, testing, and deployment;
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging of software issues;
Continuously improve software quality and performance by using industry best practices and technologies;
Ensure software security and compliance with applicable regulations and standards;
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support as needed.
