We are now looking to extend the team with a Ruby on Rails Developer that can help us continue what we started.

Your skills

+3 years of hands-on experience in developing Ruby on Rails applications, with a strong command of the language and its best practices
Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS or Angular;
Proven expertise in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB);
Familiarity with version control (GIT) and continuous integration systems;
Good knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.

Experience with Agile Development methodologies (Scrum preferably);

Good verbal and written communication skills;

Proficiency in English.

Write reusable, testable and efficient code;
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications;
Implement development best practices and participate in code reviews;
Review existing architecture and recommend near and long-term solutions;
Innovate and implement new ideas without disrupting product delivery.
