Our Digital Assets Management team developed a platform that serves as the “source of truth” for all digital assets (photos, videos, virtual tours, etc.) used in the product suite of our client.

Besides its role of the repository for digital assets, it also provides various functionalities around the digital assets, such as: Licensing, Optimization, Curation and File Sharing capabilities within a safe environment.

The Launch project is a project management tool and a time tracking application. The scope is to have the higher management people of the organization track and identify key projects, ROI (return on investment) of said projects. We are also dealing in integrations with external systems to make time tracking easier and not require users of different systems to double book their time in multiple applications.

STARS application offers detailed metrics data of properties versus the market in accordance with a benchmark from where performance indexes are drawn. Predefined benchmarks can be used, with the most common comparison criteria, or can be custom created. The purpose of the application is to detect weak performing area of said properties, so the companies can receive the appropriate measures to mitigate them.

Sellers Shield, as the name suggests, is meant to protect the real estate sellers across the United States. It provides a user-friendly way for the sellers to fill and sign special disclosure forms for each state, offers the possibility to purchase insurance products and integrates with the most used real estate software products.
