We are looking for a highly driven and experienced AI Agent Developer to help us build intelligent, autonomous systems that can interact effectively with users, tools, and external data sources.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing AI agents, either by leveraging modern orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, or through custom-built solutions.

We’re seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, deep expertise in Python, and proficiency with a modern web framework (such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask). A solid understanding of LLM-based agents is essential.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing the core infrastructure behind our conversational AI agentsu2014working on scalable back-end systems that manage and serve data, support seamless tool integration, and maintain high-performance standards.

Your Skills

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend and API development.
Proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Strong understanding of data management, APIs, and system integrations.
Familiarity with databases (relational and NoSQL), query optimization, and data modeling.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform services for performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to architectural decisions that align with industry best practices.
