Fast forward to the present, Softia’s journey has far exceeded any early expectations, with astounding growth that has seen our team expand to over 120 exceptional individuals within just seven years.

Despite our exponential growth, I still enjoy rolling my sleeves and coding alongside our incredibly talented team whenever my schedule allows. My role in software development has evolved beyond writing lines of code; it’s about nurturing and leading a team, guiding them toward achieving outstanding outcomes. At the core of our approach lies creativity and collaboration, both of which are pivotal to our processes. We harness the power of cutting-edge tools and architectural innovations to fulfill our primary mission: consistently surpassing the expectations of our valued clients.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats – from handling client invoicing to managing complex contracts, financial management, legal oversight, HR administration, and document organization. These experiences have enriched me both professionally and personally.

Now, I focus on the most critical aspects of our operations, our behind-the-scenes mastery, ensuring flawless financial transactions, meticulous planning, and legal compliance.
